Indian Wells House

This new construction project is an 8,140 SF single-level private residence located within an exclusive club community in Indian Wells, California. The home features expansive minimalist door and window systems with integrated drainage tracks, designed to maintain clean sight lines and seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. The residence showcases extensive custom stone and tile installations throughout, complemented by a fully integrated site package including lush landscape design, a custom pool, and multiple architectural water features. This project was built in collaboration with Matrix Design Studio.
